We’ll use this information with the objective to aim to assist you with your forthcoming project, usually relating to our planning and associated multi-disciplinary services, which could include updating you about our company and services from time to time via communications.

 

We’ll review our retention periods for company and/or personal information regularly, we’ll retain this information whilst we have a relationship with you. We’ll ensure we suitably and responsibly archive or delete your information once this relationship ceases. If you unsubscribe – we’ll take you off our communications lists. Privacy Notice Neighbourhood Plan Consultation (Regulation 14)

Who we are

Purpose of processing

We are collecting your personal data in order to gather feedback on the draft neighbourhood plan as part of the Regulation 14 consultation process. Your responses will be used to inform the preparation and refinement of the plan.

 

Lawful basis

We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests, as it is necessary to carry out public consultation in support of neighbourhood plan preparation.

Your consultation responses

You are not required to provide personal information to submit comments.

 

How your information is used

Your responses will be analysed and may be summarised in consultation reports. Any published material will not include personal data.

 

Sharing your information

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for the neighbourhood plan process.If you provide consent, your contact details may be shared with the Local Planning Authority (e.g. the Borough or District Council) so that you can be notified at the Regulation 16 stage of the plan.

 

How long we keep your data

Your personal data will be retained until the neighbourhood plan has been adopted and for a period of up to 1 year afterwards, after which it will be securely deleted.

  • The right to request correction of inaccurate data

  • The right to request deletion of your data (in certain circumstances)

  • The right to object to processing
